Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP)

In the times of recession and lack of job opportunities, finding the ideal job after graduation is perhaps similar to finding a needle in a haystack. And after a long time of unemployment and running for jobs, you might just accept one not aligned with your interests.

“Unilever Future Leaders Program” is the long-waited ideal opportunity for the brilliant and diligent students. Passing through a detailed process of evaluation based on international standards, selected candidates turn into Unilever managers during a 4-5 year program.

But how?

3 different job rotations in the selected department, each lasting around a year
Working in Unilever in another country in order to gain international experience for 6 months to 1 year
 3-6 months tenure in Customer Development (Sales) department
Departments

The registrations are open at all times for every department so that we can have candidates in our database for the time needed. The departments are as follows:

  • Factory
  • Sales
  • Finance
  • Marketing
  • Human Resource
  • Supply Chain - Factory

But Unilever demands UFLPs in Supply chain and Customer Development (Sales) departments at the moment.

Please note that due to high number of applications it might take some time to call selected candidates for face to face interview, also the time line of the program might change due to different conditions. UFLPs will be assessed in the middle of their journey to see if they are eligible to continue or not?

Required qualifications


Less than 2 years of job experience
Graduated or last semester of master program
Military service completion
Advanced or higher level of English language
